How does an authenticator app work?
When you link your Finnair Plus account to the authenticator app, the app starts generating codes that change every 30 seconds. You’ll enter one of these codes every time you log in.
Which app should I use?
You can use any standard authenticator app, such as:
- Google Authenticator
- Microsoft Authenticator
- Authy
If you're already using an authenticator app for another service, you can use the same one for Finnair Plus.
How do I set up an authenticator app for Finnair Plus?
- Log in to your Finnair Plus account on Finnair.com or in the Finnair app.
- On Finnair.com, navigate to the Update profile page of your account. In the app, go to the My account tab, then click Settings.
- Follow the on-screen steps in the Two-factor authentication section to complete the setup.
