A mother turtle makes her laborious way back to the sea after lumbering ashore at night, digging a pit in the sand, laying as many as 80 eggs or more, then burying them. The eggs are then recovered and placed in a hatchery, and the baby turtles released into the ocean at the green turtle conservation project on the island of Pulau Talang Besar off the coast of Borneo in Talang Satang National Park.
