Tommy Myllymäki is a Bocuse D’Or silver and bronze medallist and a Finnair Signature Chef for 2018

Tommy has created Finnair’s new Nordic-inspired Business Class menu for selected long-haul flights from Helsinki. By preparing and combining familiar ingredients in unexpected ways, Tommy has created a menu filled with flavours that are decidedly Nordic, but with a delightful twist.

Finnair Signature Chef Tommy Myllymäki has created a tasty Easter recipe that combines familiar Easter flavours with new ingredients. 

Egg with caviar on toast

You need:
4 peeled and  soft boiled eggs
4 tbsp  sour cream
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 lemon, zest of
20 g salmon roe
30 g caviar
1 tbsp chives, finley chopped
Salt
4 slices of white bread, fried in butter or toasted
