I have not received points for my Finnair Holidays trip to my Finnair Plus account, what do I do?

Points are added to 'passenger number 1' Finnair Plus account within 2-3 weeks of the return date, if the passenger's Finnair Plus membership number was included at the time of making the reservation. The departure date is marked as the transaction date for adding points earned for Finnair Holidays to the Finnair Plus account.
