Delays in refund handling
We currently have delays in the refund handling due to a higher than normally volume of refund applications.
Delays in refund handling are due to changes and cancellations in our flights to Asia and Russia as well as omicron variant generated changes in customers’ travel plans. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you and are working hard to shorten the handling time.
Our average handling time is currently 4-5 weeks. Some requests may, unfortunately, take more time to be handled. We’ll inform you via email after your refund application is processed.
Please note that in case you have purchased your ticket in RUB or with a credit card issued in Russia, payments of refunds are stopped by the credit card schemes, until further notice. Read more at Frequently asked questions.
