Missing Points - Hotels

When staying at a Finnair Plus partner hotel show your Finnair Plus card upon arrival for point registration.

In case you forgot to present your card, we can add the points to your account afterwards, three weeks after the stay at the earliest.

Transactions older than six months are not registered to your member account retroactively. Point accumulation is possible only when your membership is valid at the time of the hotel stay.

To register your missing points, please fill out the form here and include a copy of the hotel invoice as an attachment.

Please note that all fare types do not entitle to points.

Only reservations made via the hotel’s website, reservation service or directly at the hotel with the regular fare are eligible for award points. Special offers by third party services (such as Booking.com, Hotels.com and Expedia) do not accrue points.
