I no longer have the card I used to pay for my booking. How will I receive my refund?

If your original payment card has expired or been lost, the refund will still be processed to that card. 

In most cases, your bank will either transfer the refund to your new card or redirect it to your account automatically. 

If this does not happen, you may need to contact your bank to arrange the transfer.
