Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena (approx. 45 min by car from Bologna)

The building itself is quite impressive: the bright yellow roof is inspired by the Ferrari bonnet and the entrance façade comprises of a large glittering glass surface. The museum sheds light on Ferrari's founder's personal story and life work. It also showcases Ferrari models from several decades in a large exhibition space. You can find out what car models were chosen by some of world-famous Hollywood stars. 

The Asinelli Tower- Admire the city from above 

Built during the Middle Ages, Garisenda and Asinelli towers are the symbols of Bologna. Climb the 498 steps up to the top of the Asinelli Tower (97 meters high) and stunning views of Bologna will greet you. 

Quadrilatero 

You can enjoy the medieval atmosphere in the old market in the Quadrilatero. Visit cosy cafes, handicraft shops and food stalls and find special souvenirs to take home.
