It used to be possible to add new user profiles for our company – where is that functionality?

We made changes to the technical platform of our website in late 2021, and some of the corporate services had to be inactivated at that time. We are working on getting this functionality back to our website during autumn 2022.

For the time being, you can use the username and password that you have received when registering to Finnair Corporate Programme for all bookings. If you had already stored profiles before November 2021, you can use those profiles to make new bookings.
