Finnair and Unionpay
Finnair has partnered with China’s leading payment provider UnionPay to make paying for your shortcut to Europe even easier. To celebrate our cooperation with UnionPay, Finnair is offering great-value promotional fares to Europe. Pay conveniently and securely and reserve your seat today!
How it works
Search for your flight and enter your customer information as normal.
On the payment page select the UnionPay option and click ”Confirm your purchase”. This will open a new window taking you to the UnionPay website.
Enter your card number and mobile phone number or alternatively pay via eBank through UnionPay .
You will receive an SMS with a confirmation code; enter this into the UnionPay page and confirm.
Return to the Finnair website and your booking is complete!
Things to note
- You must return to the Finnair website by completing your UnionPay payment in order for your booking to be completed and your ticket to be issued.
- There is currently no way to cancel a UnionPay booking and return to your flight booking. If you need to cancel your payment you can close the browser and start your booking again.
- Finnair is not responsible for UnionPay operations or actions carried out on the UnionPay site
- If you need help please contact Finnair customer service
- Please only perform one flight search at a time to ensure that the UnionPay payment process is not interrupted.
