Disruptions in card payments on our flights
We have introduced a new payment device onboard our flights to offer you new payment method options. Due to the change process of the devices, we may experience occasional disruptions with onboard payments.
Due to changed payment card requirements, occasional disruptions in card payments are currently possible on flights with no online connection with banks. We work hard to ensure smooth payments as soon as possible.
You can check available payment methods on our website. It is good to know that due to health and safety reasons cash payments are not available on our flights.
As we are positively increasing our flights and destinations after pandemic, our global supply chain challenges may cause temporary shortage of some products in our Nordic Kitchen onboard selection. We work hard to ensure availability for everyone.
