OS AY elements
Please note that OS AY ID line should not be inserted in PNR. PNRs with OS AY ID element will be cancelled automatically, even if ticketed.
OSAY TCP
Reservations must linked together when a child under 12-years-old travels together with his/her parents or some other adult and they have separate reservations.
It is sufficient to have one name from the other PNR exactly as written in the name-element, without passenger type-indicator in brackets; CHD, ADT etc.
OS AY TCP JOHNSSON/MARIE MS
(for the adult, MS/MR is part of name) Remember to add / between the first and the last name.
OS AY TCP JOHNSSON/JOSEPHINE (for the child)
Now the PNRs are linked together in the departure control system and the onload process will handle both PNRs as a group automatically.
Do not use TCP for any other cases.
For information of other passengers travelling on different PNRs, you can insert the info on RM-lines.
NEW(2/2017): OSI TCP for Finnair Plus tier members family members - all tier member (Sapphire, Platinum) family members can be linked together with TCP.
