If I use Finnair Plus points to pay for my Finnair Holidays trip, do I get them back if the trip is cancelled?
In case of changes to the reservation or cancellation when the customer is entitled to a refund, compensation will primarily be refunded for the portion paid for with money. If the amount paid with money does not cover the cost of the change or cancellation, the remaining costs will be charged from the Finnair Plus points used to pay for the reservation. Any remaining points will be refunded to the Finnair Plus account. Expired points are not refunded.
