Delays in refund handling
We currently have delays in the refund handling due to a higher than normally volume of refund applications.
We are currently receiving many refund applications, and therefore we have delays in our refund handling. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you and are working hard to shorten the handling time.
Our average handling time is currently 2-3 weeks. Some requests may, unfortunately, take more time to be handled. We’ll inform you via email after your refund application is processed.
Please note that in case you have purchased your ticket in RUB or with a credit card issued in Russia, payments of refunds are stopped by the credit card schemes, until further notice. Read more at Frequently asked questions.
