How and when will you pay me my refund?

We have returned to normal refund handling times. Our average handling time is approximately 7 days. Some requests may unfortunately take more time to be handled. We are sorry if we keep you waiting longer than expected. We will pay the refund to the same credit card account, bank account or to another payment method that was used to purchase the ticket.
