Make the most of your Finnair Plus membership
Log in with your username (=membership number) and password. If you have joined using our online service, your membership number and password were sent to your email right after joining.

Forgotten or lost membership number: contact the Finnair Plus Customer Care Center at 09 818 888, open Mon–Fri from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sat from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Outside these hours you can contact the Finnair Customer Care Center at 0600 140140 (24h, €3.15/answered call + local network charge).
Include your membership number in all of your Finnair and oneworld-airlines flight bookings.
Keep your contact information up to date, as we will send you important information concerning your membership.
You can easily transfer Finnair Plus award points from one account to another, exchange award points for tier points and purchase award points through your Finnair Plus member account.
You can claim missing points for Finnair and oneworld-airlines flights retroactively. It is possible to claim the points between two weeks and six months after the flight. Your Finnair Plus membership must be valid at the date of travel.
You can claim missing points from Finnair Plus partner car rentals and hotels retroactively if you forgot to present your membership card during the transaction.
It is a good idea to always keep your Finnair Plus membership card with you, as it is not possible to claim points retroactively from all of our partners.
