American Airlines is a founding member of oneworld. With its merger partner US Airways, which joined oneworld on 31 March 2014, and its affiliates, the new American Airlines operates from major hubs across the USA, including Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Phoenix and Washington DC, to more than 330 destinations in 50 countries.

Cathay Pacific affiliate Cathay Dragon, reaching more than 30 destinations throughout Asia, including almost 20 in Mainland China, is also a member of oneworld.

Iberia is Spain’s flagship airline and the leading carrier between Europe and Latin America. It joined oneworld in 1999. From its Madrid hub, it serves some 110 destinations in 40 countries across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Americas.

Established in 1951, Japan Airlines is one of the world’s premier carriers. It joined the oneworld alliance in 2007. The airline has major hubs at Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya and Okinawa, and operates almost 900 daily flights to more than 75 destinations across 20 countries.

Malaysia Airlines, which joined oneworld in 2013, is one of the few airlines worldwide rated five-star by Skytrax, which has also honoured the airline for having the World’s Best Cabin Staff. With its main operating hub in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Airlines flies to 53 destinations across Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East and North America.

Qantas is one of the world’s most recognised airlines and a founding member of the oneworld alliance. It serves almost 80 destinations in 20 countries. Qatar Airways, one of the world’s fastest growing and most highly rated airlines, joined the oneworld alliance on 30 October 2013. At that time, it operated a modern fleet of 130 aircraft, serving more than 130 key business and leisure destinations worldwide. Named Airline of the Year by the Skytrax independent airline quality rating agency in both 2012 and 2011 and runner-up in 2013, it is also Skytrax's Best Middle East Airline for seven years running and has retained Skytrax's five star quality ranking since 2004.

Royal Air Maroc (RAM) is the flag carrier of Morocco and oneworld’s first African member airline as of 1 April 2020. Along with its subsidiary, Royal Air Maroc Express, the airline serves over 100 destinations in more than 50 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, Middle East, North America and South America.

Royal Jordanian is the national carrier of the Kingdom of Jordan and joined the oneworld alliance in 2007. It serves some 60 destinations in 40 countries throughout the Middle East – where it offers one of the most extensive networks of any airline – and to Europe, Asia, Africa and North America.

S7 Airlines is Russia’s largest domestic carrier. It joined the oneworld alliance in 2010. Based at Moscow Domodedovo Airport, the airline operates flights to more than 80 destinations in 30 countries throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia (including 45 destinations in Russia).

SriLankan Airlines is the flag carrier of Sri Lanka and the first and only South Asian carrier to join the oneworld alliance. Renowned for its world-class service, SriLankan Airlines operates flights between its Colombo base and up to 80 destinations in 38 countries across Asia, Europe and the Middle East. It is the largest international airline serving Maldives, and it also has a significant presence in Southern India.

As a oneworld passenger, our aim is to provide you with unrivalled service, support and recognition every time you travel within our extensive alliance network.
Connecting between airlines at unfamiliar airports can be a stressful experience, especially if your flight is delayed. oneworld recognises the impact delays and missed connections can have on your plans and on your life. That is why oneworld member airlines have partnered together to form teams of connections experts: oneworld Global Support.
At select airports across the alliance network, teams are proactively monitoring connecting flights and, whenever possible, they will meet and assist you if your connection is in jeopardy. The oneworld Global Support teams will do their best to allow you to use dedicated fast track lanes through immigration or security to help you catch your next flight. Our teams will also do everything possible to transfer your baggage so that it makes it on time to your final destination.
If you miss your connecting flight, the oneworld Global Support team will provide you with updated travel information, a new boarding pass and, where applicable, assistance with overnight accommodations.
oneworld Global Support is currently available at London Heathrow, Madrid-Barajas, New York JFK, Miami, Dallas/Fort Worth, Chicago O'Hare and Los Angeles. The service is offered at these airports whenever possible, subject to operational constraints.
