What should I do if my name on the ticket doesn’t match my passport?
Your name must appear as on your passport. If you have multiple first names, there's no need to correct the name on your booking to include all of your first names. One is enough.
Finnair, like many other airlines, uses a booking system that shows characters like 'ä' as 'a' and 'ö' as 'o'. There is no need for a name correction in this case.
In case of a difference other than the above, name change after marriage etc., contact our customer service for the correction. Please note that a change fee applies.
