Many happy returns, Finnair!
In 2008, one of the world's oldest airlines reached the honorable age of 85. Which airline are we talking about? Why, Finnair, of course – the airline whose blue and white wings have carried people to all corners of the world since 1923.
Finnair, originally known as Aero Oy, started out with just one airplane which flew between Helsinki and Tallinn. Today, Finnair's five dozen comfortable jet planes fly passengers to almost 40 European cities and 10 Asian destinations – comfortably, affordably, and non-stop.
