Tax-free shopping

The Finnair Tax-Free Shop is open whenever there are flights departing from Helsinki Airport. For further information, call +358 9 818 5535 or +358 9 818 5541.

If you are arriving at Helsinki Airport, you can make purchases at the Finnair Arrival Shops, which you’ll find in baggage claim areas 2A and 2B. We have a large selection of products available, including cosmetics, sweets, souvenirs and food – however, you cannot purchase alcohol or tobacco.

You can pre-order tax-free goods on most of our intercontinental, European and leisure flights, in either direction. You can browse our product catalogue and make pre-orders online in the Finnair Shop.

You can make inflight purchases on many of our international flight routes – however, the availability of inflight shopping does depend on aircraft type and destination. For more information about the products available for purchase on your flight, see Inflight offers.

On arrival at Helsinki Airport, you can make purchases at all shops in the gate area. However, tobacco and alcohol cannot be purchased after your flight.

You can also buy products from the Finnair Tax-Free Shop (on the second floor) or from the Finnair Arrival Shops, which you’ll find in baggage claim areas 2A and 2B. We have a large selection of goods available, including cosmetics, sweets, souvenirs and food.
