Is it possible to change passenger on a PNR already ticketed?

According to the ticket rules name change is allowed for tickets sold with Business, Business Saver, PRO and Value.

Ticket is issued before 27NOV12 with an old fare for departure in FEB13. If the customer wants to make a date change in JAN13 – will they act according to the old or new fares (UNUSED TICKET)?

Depending on what segments are changing. When OUTBOUND is changing – new fares will apply. When changing INBOUND only – OLD fares will apply.
