Why was my pre-paid seat changed?
When you’ve purchased a seat in advance, we do everything we can to ensure that you get the seat you bought. However, in some situations, we may not be able to offer you the exact seat you have chosen, for example if the aircraft type of your flight changes. The version and type of aircraft may vary between the date of purchase and date of departure depending on forecasts, the number of reservations and the operational situation. For operational, safety or security reasons, requested seats cannot be guaranteed and sometimes we may need to rearrange seats even after boarding the aircraft.
If we have to change your seat, we will do our best to find an equivalent seat for you. And if we’re unable to do so, we will refund the pre-paid seat to you. Read more about seat refunds.
