You can easily update yourself your contact information, such as your mailing address, e-mail address and phone number. Log in and update your contact information. Note, that name cannot be changed on the Internet. Please notify the Finnair Plus Service Center of your new name, telefone +358 9 818 888.

You can use your Plus points to redeem tickets for example to concerts, movies and sports events. We also try to recognize your interests when designing our Finnair Plus Tours. By letting us know about your interests and hobbies we are able to send you the information on upcoming events. Log in and update your profile.

Do you prefer a window or an isle seat? Log in and update your seat preference and we try to provide it if possible. On scheduled international Finnair flights special meals are available on request due to health or religious reasons. Log in and update your profile.

We have activated a text message service on flight information to all Finnair Plus members. The service enables you to use our SMS check-in. Besides this you will receive information on delayed departures and baggage as well as cancelled flights. We hope the service makes your traveling even smoother. If you don’t wish to receive text messages on your flight information please, let us know by e-mail. Remember to state your Finnair Plus number.
To be able to use this service please, check that your phone number on the Contact information interleaf is correct and that the number is for the mobile phone traveling with you.

In case your user identification and password got into wrong hands, contact the Finnair Plus Service Center by phone, +358 (0)9 818 888 or by e-mail. Log in and change your password yourself.
| Registration notes |
The registration note tells the member information and personal data that are maintained in Finnair Plus database and for what purpose they are used. Anyone is entitled to know what information related to him the Finnair Plus database contains. You can make a verification request in writing to the person in charge mentioned in the end of this description.
