Baggage
On our flights, your baggage will usually travel in the cabin and in the hold of the aircraft. Carry-on baggage should contain items you will need during the flight, whereas larger suitcases and other items are carried as checked baggage in the hold of the aircraft. Specific regulations and fees apply to special baggage, which includes various sporting equipment and pets, among others. We offer special services to our passengers travelling with a wheelchair to ensure a smooth journey.
Specific restrictions apply to certain items, such as electronic equipment and dangerous goods. A certain amount of baggage is allowed to be carried on our flights free of charge; however, an excess-baggage fee will be applied to any items over your checked-baggage allowance. Further information is available at: Conditions of carriage and notices; and Cargo – Dangerous goods.
