How can I order a special meal?
A special meal can be ordered for medical or religious reasons. The meal can be ordered when the flight is booked or through Finnair Customer Care Center, tel. +358 600 140 140 (3.12 euros/answered call + local network charge), at the latest 24 hours before departure of a scheduled flight. For a leisure flight (flight numbers AY1001-2999), a special meal can be ordered through the leisure flights website up to 8 days before departure or by e-mail to customerservice.leisureflights@finnair.com.at the latest 72 hours before the flight departure, even when you have booked only flights without tour packages on leisure flights.
