Arrival service
Arrival area
At Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, domestic passengers and passengers from flights originating in other Schengen countries arrive in the Arrival area 2A, in Terminal 2. Passengers from non-Schengen countries arrive in the Arrival area 2B, in Terminal 2. Passengers from flights originating in Norway and Switzerland, both non-EU countries, are also directed to the Arrival area 2A, but they need to provide a customs declaration if they have goods to declare in their carry-on baggage. They can contact customs through a telephone in the passenger bridge.
The monitors in the Baggage Claim area display the baggage carousel for each flight.
Flight arrival and departure times
You can check the Finavia website for the flight departure and arrival times of all flights at the Helsinki-Vantaa and at most other airports in Finland. Check the real-time arrival and departure information for the flights operated by the oneworld airlines and their subsidiaries.

The message can only be sent if you included your mobile phone number in the reservation information and if the originating airport has informed Finnair of the baggage delay.
