Aurinkomatkat is a popular Finnish organiser of package tours that offers award packages to Finnair Plus members for both summer and winter destinations in return for Plus points as shown on the awards table..

• An award tour is a basic package for one person (in a shared double room), according to the Aurinkomatkat brochure and staying at a hotel rated at not higher than three stars.
• For an additional 40,000 Plus points you may enjoy your award tour in a four-star hotel, and for a further 80,000 points it may be taken in a five-star hotel.
• The award does not include surcharges, such as supplements for single room accommodation, connecting flights, exchange rate surcharges, visa expenses or supplements for view.
• The award does not apply to Aurinkomatkat special tours, such as cruises, round trips or combination tours.

Aurinkomatkat serves holiday destinations on Finnair Leisure flights. Take a look at how you can collect points on Finnair Leisure flights.

Finnair Plus members who have booked flights through the Aurinkomatkat travel agency can use their Plus points to upgrade to Comfort Class on a non-stop Leisure Flight to Phuket during the 2009–2010 winter season. A one-way class upgrade costs 50,000 Plus points per person.

Finnair Plus Platinum members can use their complimentary intercontinental route travel-class upgrade to upgrade to Comfort Class when booking through Aurinkomatkat. The travel class upgrade must be booked through Aurinkomatkat.

Comfort Class services include a class-specific check-in desk at Helsinki-Vantaa airport, a spacious seat with plenty of leg room, a three-course meal, breakfast on the outbound flight and a snack on the return flight. Drinks with meals are free in Comfort Class.

Add some luxury to your trip – Finnair Plus offers its members transportation services of Limousine Service Ltd. Limousine Service Ltd. is the oldest and most well-known limousine service provider in Finland. The company was established in 1981 and offers the most diverse range of premium vehicles for its clients.

An award redeemed with Plus points includes a one-way airport transportation of max. 30 kilometers in Finland, in the following cities: Helsinki (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa Kauniainen), Turku, Tampere and Oulu. The service applies to a non-stop transportation of a group of max. 3 persons.

• One voucher (one-way airport transportation) is redeemable with 20,000 Plus points and is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.
• You may also accrue points by using Limousine Service Ltd’s chargeable transportation services.

Do as follows:

1. Make your reservation by filling out the form on the Limousine Service website, 3 working days prior to service in Finland
2. Add the number of the award voucher to the form.
3. Hand the confirmation and original award voucher to the Limousine Service driver.

When making the reservation, please note that there may be a limited availability of service during local public holidays and major events.

You can also use your Finnair Plus points to travel by sea from Helsinki or Turku to Stockholm on a Silja Line cruise ferry.

• You should book the cruise directly from Silja Line or through Silja's Internet pages. Remember to give the code from your voucher. The voucher will be exchanged to a cruise ticket at a Silja Line ticket office or to a boarding card at the check in. 
• The award voucher must be used within 12 months of the date of order. The voucher entitles you to one cabin reservation.
• No refunds are available for award vouchers and their validity cannot be extended.
• Awards include passenger charges.
• Only Finnair Plus Platinum tier members may take Silja Line awards in July.

The Finnair Plus award voucher is exchanged for a cruise ticket at the Silja Line ticket office or for an embarkation card at departure check-in. 

Enjoy your favourite music! Finnair Plus offers in cooperation with Sony Music Plus members a chance to load music of the very best artists and bands.

• The loading code is redeemable with 3,500 Plus points.
• The code is valid for 4 months from the date of order.
• Add your name, contact address and Finnair Plus membership number when ordering.

SSP Finland (Select Service Partner Finland) is for the most part in charge of the café and restaurant services at Helsinki Airport. SSP Finland is also responsible for Helsinki Airport Congress services and 3 lounges.

You have now a great opportunity to begin your trip in style and enjoy it already before the flight. As a Finnair Plus member you can redeem an award voucher with your Plus points to Business Class Lounges at Helsinki Airport when leaving on a Finnair flight (AY code on the ticket), regardless of your travel class.

The cosy atmosphere in the lounges offers a good alternative to the airport’s hectic atmosphere. You can sit at leisure, enjoy refreshments and snacks or perhaps read daily newspapers.

Vouchers are valid in the following Select Service Partner Finland’s lounges:
• Gateway Fresh Lounge – Non-Schengen terminal, next to gate 33
• Gateway Lounge – Schengen terminal, opposite gates 28 and 29
• Gateway Tower Lounge – Schengen terminal, above gate 25.

One voucher is redeemable with 8,000 Plus points and is valid for a year from the date of issue.

• Present the original voucher at reception when entering the lounge.
• The voucher can be used only together with a Finnair flight.
• The voucher entitles lounge entry for one person (max. 3 h).

Continental Wine & View bar at Helsinki Airport

New and stylish Wine & View bar at Helsinki Airport attracts travelers with their quality wine selection and delicious snacks. You can use your Plus points for one of the following alternatives:

• Wine & View tapas sortiment (3 pieces) and a glass of house wine for one. (Note that tapas is available every day from 10:00 onwards.)
• A glass of sparkling wine for two.
