Economy Class
Each seat on the Airbus A340-300 and A330-300 aircraft is equipped with a telephone and a laptop power outlet that does not require an adaptor. Passengers can send text messages and short e-mails to networks on the ground and call other passengers on the same flight, using the satellite phone of the entertainment system in the seat. Replies sent from the ground can be received on the aircraft. Each message costs US$2 and a call to the ground costs US$7/minute; however, calls to other passengers are free.
