The Finnair Plus Tiers

There are four tiers in the Finnair Plus program. By regularly choosing to fly with Finnair and other oneworld™ airlines you can rapidly become eligible to enjoy the benefits of Finnair Plus membership. By flying more often you reach higher tiers in the program and gain access to a wider variety of benefits. You collect the points that entitle you to a higher tier over a tracking period.

PLATINUM
Continue on the same tier 300,000
Move to a higher tier 300,000

GOLD
Continue on the same tier 210,000
Move to a higher tier 120,000

SILVER
Continue on the same tier 60,000
Move to a higher tier 60,000

 

 

From tier to tier

The Finnair Plus program moves you between the tiers according to the number of tier points that you collect during your tracking period.

Tracking period

The length of the personal tracking period is 12 to 24 months, depending on the tier. Your first tracking period begins when you join the Finnair Plus program and lasts for 12 months. All of the points that you collect for taking scheduled flights with Finnair and other oneworld™ airlines accrue to your points total for the tracking period.

At the end of the tracking period you are transferred to the tier corresponding to the number of points that you have collected, your tier points total is reset to zero and a new tracking period begins. Your tracking period may also end before the time limit is reached, that is, as soon as you have collected the number of points required for a higher tier.

Should you collect too few points by the end of your tracking period to renew your membership of the current tier, then you will be transferred to the tier corresponding to your points total. Your tier points total is then reset to zero and a new tracking period begins.
