Lounge services at Finnair scheduled destinations
Finnair Plus Platinum, Gold and Silver members as well as Business Class passengers with the Finnair AY airline code on their ticket, have lounge facilities at their disposal at Helsinki Airport and all international Finnair scheduled flight destinations. Finnair Plus Platinum, Gold and Silver members have access to the lounge facilities in all Finnair oneclass destinations as well.
A valid flight ticket or boarding pass and the Finnair Plus membership card must be shown when entering the lounge. A special invitation card is required for certain lounges if separately specified. Invitation cards are available at the check-in desks.
Finnair Plus Platinum and Gold members may take one guest or close relative, who is travelling on a oneworld flight, into the lounge where space permits. Children under 12 years of age may enter the lounge in the company of an adult who is entitled to use the lounge. Finnair Plus Silver members may not take guests to the lounge, except children under 18 years of age travelling with the Plus member. No guest may accompany Business Class passengers who are not oneworld top-tier members. If a customer redeems a voucher entitling to entrance to the Via Lounge or the Tower Lounge at Helsinki Airport, the customer also has to redeem a voucher for the accompanying guest, except for children under 2 years of age.
The lounges are places for you to rest and work, in peace and quiet. Services available include: newspapers and magazines, beverages and snacks as well as power outlets for electrical devices and communication connections.
There is a code for each lounge that specifies rights of access to the lounge:

Via Buffet
Finnair Business Class passengers, Finnair Plus Platinum and Gold members and oneworld Emerald and Sapphire members (regardless of travel class), may enjoy a light buffet free of charge before departure from Helsinki on the late evening flights to Bangkok and Hong Kong (AY095 at 23:40 and AY067 at 23:45). The buffet is served in the Via Lounge starting at 21:00. Onboard the flight a lighter and quicker meal is served to ensure more time for the passengers to rest during the flight. The Via Buffet is also available to other Via Lounge customers for a fee of 10 euros.
oneworld lounges
Finnair Plus members have access to more than 400 high standard oneworld lounges around the world. The ticket has to be issued with a oneworld airline code and the flight has to be operated by a oneworld airline. When departing on a oneworld flight, you receive further information about the lounge facilities from the check-in personnel. A valid flight ticket or boarding pass and the Finnair Plus membership card must be shown when entering the lounge.

Regardless of travel class, Finnair Plus Platinum and oneworld Emerald members are welcome at First Class, Business Class and Frequent Flyer lounges when departing on international oneworld flights on the same day. One guest or close relative, travelling on a oneworld flight, may be taken into the lounge where space permits.

Via Spa
Finnair’s multifunctional and luxurious Via Spa is located between gates 36 and 37. The Spa is open to all 18 year old passengers flying to or from a country outside the European Schengen area. Also passengers with connecting flights, who have access to the Non-Schengen area in the terminal, may relax in the spa between flights, for example, on arrival from Great Britain or Asia, and before continuing to the passport control and the connecting European flight. Finnair Plus Platinum members have free access to the spa, but all other passengers pay an entrance fee. The Via Spa is open 10:00–23:00. Personal wellbeing treatments are available between 12:00 and 19:00. The treatments should be reserved in advance by e-mail to viaspa@finnair.com or by calling +358 9 818 0246.
