Group handling request
A special check-in can be arranged for groups of at least 20 people at Helsinki Airport. This service is available for international scheduled Finnair flights when the whole group checks in for departure from Helsinki. The seats onboard the aircraft have to be reserved in advance at the time of reservation.
How to use the check-in service for groups
Complete the electronic form below with the required information about the flight, group, and any special baggage. Send the electronic form to Finnair at least 48 hours before departure. Only electronic requests are handled, not requests sent by fax. You will not receive a response or confirmation of receipt of the form. For security reasons, all passengers must be present and identify their baggage at check-in. At the same time, all passengers’ travel documents will be checked.
