Missing points from flights
If you have taken flights without showing your Finnair Plus membership number, it’s possible to earn points for these flights by registering them to your account retroactively. You will only receive points if you were a Finnair Plus member on the date of travel. Please note that you can’t earn points on flights that are older than six months and that you can collect points only to one frequent flyer programme at a time.
Flights with Finnair and its partners
You can claim missing points for Finnair flights (flight code begins with “AY” and ticket number begins with “105”) and for Finnair Plus partner airlines’ scheduled flights yourself retroactively (requires login), as long as you do so between two weeks and six months of your date of travel. If you can’t find your flight’s airline or airline code in the drop-down list, use the missing points form.
Any points awarded retroactively for Finnair flights will show up in your account within 24 hours. Points for flights operated by other airlines are marked with an asterisk until they are approved or declined – this will usually take between one and three weeks.
If you can’t find your flight’s airline or airline code in the drop-down list, please contact the Finnair Plus Service Center using the form below. Your missing points will be registered to your account in two to four weeks.
Airlines have the right not to award points, or award only partial points, for travel on special-price tickets. If you take a flight or use a service for which you gain benefit or reward from some other frequent flyer program, you can’t earn Finnair Plus points as well. Points will not be awarded for free, contract, award, barter or discounted tourist-industry tickets, nor for tickets for children under two years.
