Missing Points

Transactions older than six months are not registered to your member account retroactively. Point accumulation is possible only when your membership is valid at the time of travelling.
Finnair scheduled flights
You can add missing points for scheduled Finnair flights (AY-code and ticket number beginning with 105) yourself only after three weeks but not more than six months after your flight.
However, check first if the booking class written on your ticket entitles you for Plus points.
You can send the information of missing points to Finnair Plus Service Center by filling in the the form below. Points registered retroactively will show on your account in about 4 weeks.
Finnair has the right to grant partial points or no pints at all for special-priced tickets. Transactions older than six months are not registered retroactively.
Finnair leisure flights
Points for Finnair leisure flights are not granted afterwards.
You recognize Finnair leisure flights by their four-digit (AY1001-AY3000) flight number.
Restrictions
Points are not granted for flights or services from which members obtain benefit through some other award system. The same applies to free, contract, award, barter or travel industry discount fare tickets. No points are granted for flights made by children under two.
Finnair has the right to make changes without prior notice.
Other Airlines
You may request missing points for flight of Finnair Plus airline partners afterwards. Points registered retroactively will show on your account in about 8 weeks. Please note that you can collect points only to one frequent flyer programme at a time.
oneworld airlines

In case you forgot to state your Finnair Plus membership number when booking your flight, points for flights on oneworld airlines can be added to your account retroactively, three weeks after the flight at the earliest.
To have your points registered please send your membership number, passenger coupon or the receipt of your e-ticket as well as the original boarding card to:
Finnair Plus Service Center, SXD/8, 01053 FINNAIR, Finland.
Scheduled flights taken within the last six months are accepted afterwards provided that your membership was valid at that time.
Other Partner Airlines
In case you forgot to state your Finnair Plus membership number when booking your flight, points for flights on Finnair Plus partner airlines can be added to your account retroactively, three weeks after the flight at the earliest.
