SERVICE FEES
Tickets departing from Japan : No internet service fee is collected.
Tickets departing from other countries: Internet service fee is EUR20 for each booking.
Tickets with oneword fares: Service fee is JPY4,000.
In case passenger's name is misspelled or the Last Name and First Name go across on the ticket, reissue of the ticket is needed with JPY3,000.
In case of a partially refundable ticket (airfare and/or taxes), the refund service fee is JPY8,200.
