Leisure flights supplementary services
On this page you can reserve a specific seat or order a premium meal for Finnair leisure flights (AY1000 series). You can also use this service to pay for transportation of sports equipment excess baggage in advance or a small special baggage.

Supplementary services can be ordered 30 days before the departure of each flight at the earliest, and no later than
- Seats: 72 h before the departure
- Meals: 48 h before the departure
- Baggage: up until departure
Please note the possible time zone differences when making the order.
Supplementary services cannot be booked on the same day that you book your flight. Please wait until after 12 noon on the following day to place your order.
You can pay for supplementary services using a Visa, Eurocard/MasterCard, American Express, or Diners Club credit card.

A €10 service fee/order will be collected for all chargeable supplementary services order by phone.

Fees are in euros, EUR (or the equivalent local currency where the excess fee is collected). When departing from Canada, the fees quoted are collected in CAD. When departing from the USA, the fees quoted are collected in USD.
Child discount applies to children between 2 and 11 years of age.
*For safety reasons, children are not allowed to sit in exit row seats.
**You can pay in advance for an extra baggage (max. 23 kg) or a small piece of special baggage online or through our customer service. The lowest price applies when you pay for your fee in advance.
***Small special baggage: max. weight 23 kg and max. length 1.5 m (e.g. a golf bag, bowling or fishing equipment, skis or water skis max. 2 m, a snowboard, other small sporting equipment or a musical instrument)
***Medium-sized special baggage, weight 23–32 kg and/or length 1.51–2 m. (e.g. a bicycle, diving equipment or a surfboard)
***Large special baggage, weight 32–50 kg and/or length over 2 m. (e.g. a windsurfing board, a kayak or a tandem bicycle)
