Select passengers for this flight
Here you can select the passengers for this flight reservation.
The list includes those of your company’s employees who have access to the Finnair Corporate Online services. By default the logged-in user is selected and marked as the primary passenger, and his or her contact information is added in the reservation. However, you can also book flights for others and exclude yourself from the reservation. The primary passenger’s contact information can also be changed on the Passenger Details page.
If some passengers are missing in this list, you can add them manually to the reservation on the Passenger Details page.

London Heathrow Airport is located approximately 25 kilometres from the centre of London.
You can reach London city centre by using the London Underground. The Piccadilly Line train operates regularly between London Heathrow Airport and the London region. The travel time is about an hour. For the London Underground schedules, visit the London Underground journey planner.
A faster but slightly more expensive way to reach London is to take the Heathrow Express, departing every 15 minutes. The trip takes roughly 15 minutes and the Express is easily accessible from the airport terminals.
Finnair’s monthly in-flight magazine Blue Wings is reserved for every passenger.
Helsinki Airport is located 18 km north of Helsinki city centre with the bus ride to the city centre taking about 30 minutes. There are several bus connections available to the capital region and destinations throughout Finland.
You will find the non-Schengen Finnair Lounge in the transit hall on the second floor, located between gates 36 and 37.
The Schengen area Finnair Lounge is located above gates 23 and 26 in the transit hall on the second floor.
Both lounges are available to Finnair Plus Platinum members, Finnair Plus Gold members, Finnair Plus Silver members, Finnair Club members and Business Class passengers.
In August 2014, Finnair will open a new Premium Lounge to complement the current Finnair Lounge in the non-Schengen area between gates 36 and 37. The new lounge will serve Finnair Plus Platinum and Gold members and their guests, as well as oneworld Sapphire and Emerald cardholders. Read more about Finnair lounges.
At Helsinki Airport, all oneworld flights arrive at and depart from Terminal 2. If you are transferring between oneworld airlines and already have your boarding pass, you can proceed directly to your departure gate. If you need assistance, you can find Transfer Services desks near gates 24 and 32 A.
All gates are located along the same short walkway, so you can reach your connecting flight quickly and easily.
If you are travelling to a non-Schengen country, please proceed through passport control.
The most important thing to remember before your flight is to ensure that your passport and visas are valid throughout your whole journey; many countries require that your passport is valid for three to six months after your trip has ended.
When booking your flight, always ensure that your name is spelled the same way on both your flight ticket and passport. Take a look at our checklist before your flight for more information.
