Finnair gift vouchers are valid for one year, and can be used on all scheduled Finnair flights departing from a country within the euro currency zone. Flights must be booked through the Finnair website.
How to purchase
Finnair gift vouchers can be purchased conveniently online. Simply choose the value of the voucher and complete your purchase. You will receive the gift card in your email, along with an order confirmation. You can either print out the voucher, or forward it to the recipient.
Please note that gift vouchers can be purchased with money only; Finnair Plus points cannot be used.
How to use
A Finnair gift voucher can be used to pay for scheduled flights booked through the Finnair website. If the value of the gift voucher is not enough to cover the full fare, you can pay the rest by credit card or through a Finnish internet banking service. The voucher can also be used for multiple purchases. To use the voucher, book your flight through the Finnair website, and enter the voucher number and code into the designated field. If applicable, you can then pay for the rest of your ticket.
Please note that if you are paying with a voucher only, you will be charged the regular service fee of €5 for international flights or €10 for domestic flights. If you are paying a part with a voucher and the rest by credit card, you will be charged the regular service fee of €5 for international flights or €10 for domestic flights, plus 1% of the total cost of the ticket (including taxes and passenger fees).
Can’t use the voucher before it expires? Not to worry. The voucher is not personal, so you can always pass it on to a friend.
