You can only give the information of one person at a time on this form. Your first name has to be your official first name and this has to be written in the same way as on your official travel document, for example in your passport or other ID card with photo. In case your first name includes a prefix (such as af of von), please enter the prefix in the field with your last name. If, for example, your name is John von Johnsson, enter John as your first name and von Johnsson as your last name. Children from 2 to 17 years of age will be enrolled in the Finnair Junior Plus programme.
