Porter-bag service

Customers using Business Class (J/C/D/I Class except packaged tour) and Finnair Plus Platinum, Gold and Silver members are entitled to use our Airport Delivery Service. If you use the Porter-Back service on departure, we will call to pick up your luggage at your home, office, hotel or other specified location, and you can collect it from the ABC counter at the airport on the day of departure. If you use the service when returning to Japan, please bring your luggage to the ABC counter at the airport. We will deliver it to the desired location.

Note: This service is only available to passengers holding flight tickets issued in Japan. The details of this service are subject to alteration without notice. At Kansai International Airport, your luggage collection point will be the Nishinihon Pasco delivery counter. If you will be taking a flight from Haneda Airport to Kansai International Airport, please contact us.
