Online and mobile check-in

Finnair passengers using a self-service check-in kiosk

Check in online either on your computer or a mobile device, and avoid the queues. Online check-in opens 36 hours before departure. The service is available 24 hours a day, wherever you are – at home on your sofa, in a hotel, at the office or in an Internet cafe.

Which flights does the service apply to?

  • Leisure flights (AY1000 series) departing from Finland.
  • When departing from Ljubljana check-in can be completed on the airport's own website.

Baggage

If you only have carry-on baggage and the appropriate documents, most airports will allow you to go directly to the security check and then to your gate. If you have baggage to check in, you can leave it at the Baggage Drop desk or the check-in desk during your flight’s check-in period.
