Missing Points - Hotels
When staying at a Finnair Plus partner hotel show your Finnair Plus card upon arrival for point registration.
In case you forgot to present your card, we can add the points to your account afterwards, three weeks after the stay at the earliest.
Transactions older than six months are not registered to your member account retroactively. Point accumulation is possible only when your membership is valid at the time of the hotel stay.
Please send your membership number and a copy of the hotel invoice for point registration by fax to +358 800 121 200 or by mail to:
Finnair Plus Service Center, SXD/8, 01053 Finnair, Finland.
All fare types do not entitle to points.
