Q: What routes are included in the joint business?
A: Atlantic Joint Business offers customers coordinated route networks and schedules on all routes between North America (United States, Canada, Mexico and U.S. territories in the Caribbean) and Europe (EU, Norway and Switzerland). Finnair direct flights to/from Toronto are excluded.

codes (AY, AA, BA and IB). Does it matter which code or document I use?
A: Always choose the one that best meets the customer’s needs.
Q: Will Finnair have a codeshare flight to all joint
A: No. Each carrier can choose which flights it prefers to have under its code. Finnair will add its code to all direct transatlantic flights.
Q: Will priority services at the airport be available
also for top tier members travelling with other joint business carrier’s

A: No, at the moment there are no changes to the eligibility of priority services at the airport. In order to use Priority Security at Helsinki Airport the customer needs to be travelling on a Finnair marketed flight (the flight number on the ticket begins with an AY code).
